At Boatpier Umeda, we kindly ask all visitors to observe the following prohibited actions to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
Please be aware that failure to comply may result in a report to the police or removal from the premises. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Prohibited Conduct
1. Any acts that violate laws and regulations, including the Motor Boat Racing Act, the Penal Code, and the Minor Offenses Act
- ①Acts of obstructing operations through deception or force
(including falsely triggering fire alarms or pressing smoke exhaust buttons) - ②Acts of violence, threats, coercion, or obscene behavior toward other guests or staff members
- ③Unauthorized betting activities similar to official wagering (including taking or placing illegal side bets)
- ④Purchase or acceptance of betting tickets by persons under the age of 20
- ⑤Accepting requests to purchase betting tickets as a business
- ⑥Engaging in race prediction or advancing payout money as a business
- ⑦Obstructing, coercing, or interfering with other guests' purchase of betting tickets
- ⑧Damaging or destroying facility property or equipment
- ⑨Bringing prohibited items into the facility
(e.g., firearms, bladed weapons, stimulants, narcotics, etc.) - ⑩Stealing or misappropriating betting tickets, valuables, or facility property belonging to other guests
- ⑪Bringing in or using counterfeit betting tickets
- ⑫Any other acts that violate laws or regulations
2. Acts that disturb order, decency, or hygiene
- ①Bringing in alcoholic beverages, drinking alcohol, or entering the facility while intoxicated
- ②Bringing in cans, glass bottles, spray cans, or other items deemed dangerous
- ③Smoking outside designated areas (including electronic cigarettes)
- ④Entering areas where access is prohibited
- ⑤Political, religious, or commercial activities (including selling goods or distributing flyers)
- ⑥Scattering betting tickets, mark cards, race programs, or trash, etc.
- ⑦Picking up betting tickets or similar items from the floor or trash bins without permission
- ⑧Sitting on the floor or stairs, or engaging in other acts that may obstruct the passage of other guests
- ⑨Shouting, using abusive language, or spitting, which may compromise public decency or hygiene
- ⑩Entry by members or associates of organized crime groups (boryokudan)
- ⑪Taking photographs or making audio/video recordings inside the facility without permission
- ⑫Bringing pets into the facility
- ⑬Using mobile phones in a manner that may disturb other guests
- ⑭Any other acts that may disturb other guests or the surrounding area, or failure to follow staff instructions
